- After the test on Dec.22, the conference started on Dec. 23. The meeting report opened at 9:00 am on time.Opening Remark is made by Professor Ian McAndrew, the chairperson of the meeting. A brief opening, explained the basic situation of the meeting and thanked all scholars for their participation. and Prof. Qing Guo fromUniversity of Electronic Science and Technology of China delivered the program address.Keynote Speakers-Prof. Junhui Hu fromNanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, China; Prof. Anbang Sun from Xi’an Jiaotong University, China had gave us wonderful speeched. and 2 Invited speakers-Prof. Naira Hovakimyan from University of llinois, USA and Prof. Qing Guo from University of Electronic Science and Technology of China also shared the new research.
